A court of first instance has awarded a disability pension to a person claiming to suffer from electromagnetic hypersensitivity.
The judgement was handed down by the Incapacity Dispute Court (TCI) in Toulouse on 8 July 2015 in favour of Ms Marine Richard relating to her claim for the disability pension (AAH) from the Departmental Centre for Handicapped Persons in Ariège (MDPH 09). This judgement, which deals with a private individual’s litigation with the Social Security, requires some clarification
